Since 2016
Built on the coast, for the coast
Coastal Stays began with a single cottage in Pacific Grove and a simple frustration: vacation rental management was either impersonal corporate machinery or well-meaning amateurs in over their heads. Owners deserved better. Guests did too.
So we built the company we wished existed — one that pairs hotel-grade operations with genuine local care. Today we manage more than 320 homes across five coastal towns, and we still treat every one like it's our own.
We're big enough to have a 24/7 support team, dynamic pricing, and a real channel manager — and small enough that the founder still knows most owners by name.
